They are ultimately responsible for instilling the firms Core Values in each and every employee as well as fostering the next generation of leaders, insuring a bright future for BWR. Each has established themselves as leaders within their areas of practice whether it be engineering, planning or architecture. In addition, they have dedicated their time to not only advancing the capabilities of BWR, but advancing their profession in general by speaking at industry events, authoring technical papers and presenting to college and universities.
