LEADERSHIPBWR Principals form the foundation of the Firm’s leadership. They are ultimately responsible for instilling the firms Core Values in each and every employee as well as fostering the next generation of leaders, insuring a bright future for BWR. Each has established themselves as leaders within their areas of practice whether it be engineering, planning or architecture. In addition, they have dedicated their time to not only advancing the capabilities of BWR, but advancing their profession in general by speaking at industry events, authoring technical papers and presenting to college and universities. You will find each of them at the “Center” of our organization identifying potential in people and projects as well as providing balance to our approach and setting the course for future growth.
