Lochner oversaw public involvement tasks associated with improvements along two miles of SR 18 to accommodate future transportation needs and corridor widening from five to seven lanes. Lochner facilitated public meetings, coordinated stakeholder workshops, developed outreach materials, and worked closely with business owners affected by the project.
